1. The material of the lamp post is made of Q235 steel, with a wall thickness of δ≥4mm. The suppliers include Baosteel, Magang, and other well-known steel mills.
2. The lamp post and bracket are treated with hot-dip galvanizing both inside and outside. The thickness of the galvanized layer should not be less than 85μm, with a corrosion resistance life of more than 30 years. The surface should be coated with DuPont metal paint or sprayed with a thickness of not less than 100μm. The number of modifications due to straightening and other factors should not exceed 2, and the area of modification should not exceed 5% of the surface area of the pole.
3. The steel pole should be well welded. Conical poles with a length of 8 meters or less should have no transverse welds, and the longitudinal welds should be symmetrical and without cold welding. Under the condition of horizontal placement and no load, the straightness error of the pole should be less than 3‰.
4. For flange-type lamp poles, the allowable length deviation of the pole body is ±0.5% of the pole length, and the allowable deviation of the cross-sectional dimension of the pole body is ±0.5%. The allowable deviation of the junction box size is ±5mm. The allowable deviation of the inclination angle of the one-time formed cantilever lamp pole is ±1°. After the lamp arm (bracket) is connected and fixed to the lamp post, the deviation between the center’s verticality and the verticality of the lamp post should not exceed 3°.
5. The maintenance door frame of the lamp post should have reinforcement measures to ensure its mechanical strength is not lower than that when the door is closed.
6. The upper end of the maintenance door of the lamp post is equipped with anti-theft triangular Φ10mm stainless steel screws, and the lower end is hinged. PE protection wire terminals are welded on the inner wall of the maintenance door of the lamp post.
7. The fastening screws and nuts of the lamp post and bracket are made of stainless steel material.
8. The cable distribution board is installed inside the bottom lamp base crossbar, equipped with RT-14 fuse, 250W with 6A fuse; 150W with 4A fuse; 400W with 10A fuse; the wiring board is made of PTFE material.
9. The connection between the lamp post and flange requires welding reinforcement ribs, with a thickness of not less than 8mm and a minimum of 4 locations.
10. The riser wire of the lamp post should use aviation Litz wire with a rated voltage not less than 500V. The minimum allowable core cross-section for power less than 400W should be 1.5mm2, and for power between 400W and 1000W should be 2.5mm2.
11. The overall wind resistance of the lamp post should be above 30m/s, and the seismic grade should be above 8.
12. The lamp drawings are for reference only. Specific dimensions, colors, processes, etc. should be based on actual surveying or owner’s requirements.
13. Lamp post: internally and externally hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, Q235A steel plate bent once to form a conical steel pole, hot-dip galvanized and then sprayed with plastic, with a rainproof maintenance door at the bottom; the solar panel bracket is made of stainless steel.
14. Solar photovoltaic conversion components: high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panels are used, with a module of 240W (120W*2) mounted on the pole.
15. Energy storage component: four sealed maintenance-free gel batteries are selected, combined into 24V/440Ah with 12V/220Ah each, meeting the capacity requirements for normal lighting during 7 days of cloudy, rainy, or snowy weather.
16. Control component: equipped with a single-lamp automatic control module, using time, light, and full automatic control.
17. Lightning protection grounding: the metal lamp post serves as both a lightning rod and a down conductor, with TVS lightning protection device installed.
18. Stainless steel screws and accessories are used, specific requirements can be found on the design drawings.
