1. The material of the lamp post is Q235 steel, with a wall thickness of δ=4mm or more. The suppliers are Baosteel, Magang, and other well-known steel manufacturers.
2. The lamp post and lamp bracket are internally and externally hot-dip galvanized, with a zinc coating thickness of not less than 85μm, and a corrosion resistance life of more than 30 years. The surface is treated with DuPont metal paint or spray coating, with a thickness of not less than 100μm. The number of modifications due to straightening and other factors should not exceed 2, and the area to be repaired should not exceed 5% of the surface area of the pole.
3. The steel pole is well welded. Tapered poles with a length of 8 meters or below should have no transverse welds, and the longitudinal welds should be symmetrical and without incomplete welding. Under the condition of horizontal placement and no load, the straightness error of the pole should be less than 3‰.
4. The allowable deviation of the flange-type pole length is ±0.5% of the pole length, the allowable deviation of the cross-sectional dimension of the pole body is ±0.5%, the allowable deviation of the wiring hole size is ±5mm, the allowable deviation of the inclination angle of the one-time formed cantilever pole is ±1°, and after the lamp arm (rack) is connected and fixed to the lamp post, the deviation between the center verticality and the verticality of the lamp post should not exceed 3°.
5. The maintenance door frame of the lamp post should have reinforcement measures to ensure that its mechanical strength is not lower than that when the door is closed.
6. The upper end of the maintenance door of the lamp post is equipped with an anti-theft triangle made of Φ10mm stainless steel screws, and the lower end is hinged. The inner wall of the maintenance door is welded with PE protective wire connection terminals.
7. The fastening bolts and nuts of the lamp post and lamp bracket are made of stainless steel.
8. The cable junction box is installed in the bottom lamp base crossbar, equipped with an RT-14 fuse, 250W with a 6A fuse; 150W with a 4A fuse; 400W with a 10A fuse; the junction box is made of PTFE material.
9. The connection between the lamp post and the flange requires welding reinforcement ribs, and the thickness of the reinforcement ribs should not be less than 8mm, with a minimum of 4 locations.
10. The overhead line of the lamp post should use aviation waxed wire with a rated voltage of not less than 500V. For lamps with a power less than 400W, the minimum allowable core cross-sectional area should be 1.5mm2, and for lamps with a power between 400W and 1000W, the minimum allowable core cross-sectional area should be 2.5mm2.
11. The overall wind resistance of the lamp post should be above 30 meters/second, and the seismic grade should be above grade 8.
12. The lamp type drawings are for reference only. Specific dimensions, colors, processes, etc. should be based on actual surveys or owner’s requirements.
13. The lamp post undergoes hot-dip galvanizing treatment internally and externally, and the Q235A steel plate is bent into a conical steel pole in one bending, and then undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and spray coating treatment. A rainproof maintenance door is set at the bottom. The solar cell fixing bracket is made of stainless steel.
14. Solar photovoltaic conversion components: The solar panels use high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon cells, and the assembly is 240W (120W*2) top-mounted on the pole.
15. The energy storage component uses four sealed maintenance-free gel batteries, combined into 24V/440Ah with a capacity of 12V/220Ah each, to meet the capacity requirements for normal lighting on 7 rainy or snowy days.
16. The control component is equipped with a single-lamp automatic control module, which adopts time, light, and full-automatic control.
17. Lightning protection grounding: The metal lamp post serves as both a lightning rod and a down conductor, and is equipped with a TVS lightning protection device.
18. The screws and fittings are made of stainless steel. Specific requirements are detailed in the design drawings.
