1. The material of the lamp post is Q235 steel, with a wall thickness (δ) of at least 4mm. The suppliers are Baosteel and Magang, well-known steel manufacturers.
2. The lamp post and lamp bracket are hot-dip galvanized both inside and outside, with a galvanized layer thickness not less than 85μm. The anti-corrosion lifespan should be over 30 years. The surface should be treated with DuPont metal paint or spray coating, with a thickness not less than 100μm. The modified parts due to straightening or other factors should not exceed 2 locations, and the area of modification should not exceed 5% of the surface area of the pole.
3. The steel pole should have good welding, and tapered poles with a length of 8 meters or less should have no transverse welds. The longitudinal welds should be symmetrical and without defects. When placed horizontally without load, the straightness deviation of the pole should be less than 3‰.
4. For flanged lamp poles, the allowable length deviation of the pole body is ±0.5% of the pole length. The allowable cross-sectional dimension deviation of the pole body is ±0.5%. The deviation of the connection hole size should be within ±5mm. The allowable deviation of the inclination angle for one-piece cantilever lamp poles is ±1°. After the lamp arm is fixed to the pole, the deviation between the center verticality and the pole verticality should not exceed 3°.
5. The maintenance door frame of the lamp post should have reinforcement measures to ensure its mechanical strength is not lower than when the door is closed.
6. The upper end of the maintenance door of the lamp post is equipped with an anti-theft triangular stainless steel screw with a diameter of Φ10mm, and the lower end is hinged. PE protective wire connection terminals should be welded to the inner wall of the maintenance door of the lamp post.
7. The fasteners such as screws and nuts for the lamp post and lamp bracket are made of stainless steel.
8. The cable junction board is installed inside the bottom lamp base crossbar, equipped with an RT-14 fuse. For 250W lamps, a 6A fuse is used; for 150W lamps, a 4A fuse is used; for 400W lamps, a 10A fuse is used. The junction board is made of PTFE material.
9. The connection between the lamp post and the flange requires welding reinforcement ribs, with a thickness of not less than 8mm and a minimum of 4 locations.
10. The overhead line of the lamp post should use aviation waxed line with a rated voltage of not less than 500V. For lamps with a power less than 400W, the minimum allowable core cross-sectional area should be 1.5mm2. For lamps with a power between 400W and 1000W, the minimum allowable core cross-sectional area should be 2.5mm2.
11. The overall wind resistance capacity of the lamp post should be more than 30m/s, and the seismic grade should reach more than grade 8.
12. The lamp design drawings are for reference only. The specific dimensions, colors, processes, etc. should be based on actual surveys or the requirements of the owner.
13. The lamp post is hot-dip galvanized both inside and outside for anti-corrosion. The Q235A steel plate is bent once to form a tapered pole, which is then thermally sprayed and coated. A rainproof maintenance door is installed at the bottom. The solar panel bracket is made of stainless steel.
14. The solar photovoltaic conversion component uses high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar cells, with a module of 240W (120W*2) installed on the top of the pole.
